Our TAM (FM) team is currently looking to bring onboard a Facilities Coordinator/Administrator to work as part of a team by providing support to the facilities management and operations team at Honeywell Business Technology in Darwin, NT. In this role you will ensure that the facility, properties and office service functions operate effectively and efficiently. You will provide professional services to operate, renovate and maintain building, systems and equipment while meeting the needs of the building occupants.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and financial functions in support for the team
  • Manage the Performance Monitoring Program, ensuring Honeywell are 100% compliant with contract deliverables.
  • Manage all aspects of QFM system and interface with Honeywell ServiceNet.
  • Manage contractor and staff inductions
  • Overseeing and ensuring that appropriate financial and operational processes and procedures are practiced by members of the TAM team
  • Producing operational reports to assist in monitoring the contract
  • Perform end of month processes including month end closure, financial reports, forecasting and budgets for all TAM sites
  • Provide general administration, filing and archiving support to members of the TAM (FM) team Coordination of and attendance at meetings including minute taking
  • Carrying out contract and chargeable work invoicing including complex CPI and LPI adjustments
  • Review and audit administration services to ensure full compliance to Honeywell business processes
  • Assist the Facility Manager with sub-contractor management


Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Proven administrative skills and financial knowledge
  • Competent in standard PC software – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability in the use of Web based business applications
  • Courteous, well spoken & well presented
  • Desire and proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service (Internal & External)
  • Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a team environment
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritise
  • Proactive
  • Excellent time management capability required
  • Attention to detail and persistence to drive issues to a conclusion
  • Ability to undertake a variety of tasks and adapt to changing requirements
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse data
  • Ability to develop systems and processes to enhance job functions
